How We Verify Locations
The process behind every marker: which patch it was checked against, and how corrections are handled.
Every marker is checked in a custom match
Room positions are confirmed by dropping the map in a custom match and walking to the door, not by copying another site. That is the whole method, and it is why this site publishes fewer rooms than some competitors rather than more.
What TO VERIFY means
Where a grid reference has not yet been confirmed in-game, the cell reads TO VERIFY instead of a number. A visible gap is more useful than a plausible guess, and every one of those cells links here so you know exactly what you are looking at.
What gets stamped
Each page carries the game version it was last checked against and the date of that check. When a patch changes a mechanic — as Update 41.2 did on Miramar — the affected pages are re-walked before the stamp moves.
Corrections
Reader reports go through the same custom-match check as everything else. Confirmed changes are logged in the update history table at the foot of the relevant map page, with the date and patch number.
What this site will not do
No invented coordinates. No recycled screenshots from other sites. No copy that describes a mechanic the game no longer has.
